2. Execution of funds where www.directusinvestments.com will transmit fund information to Exchanges, that may be BSE/NSE or any other transaction platform.
3. www.directusinvestments.com will keep and maintain your personnel information.

2) Investor duties and obligation:

1. Investor should use his own bank account for any transaction and in any other case it should be from legimate source.
2. keeping log in credentials confidential is a explicit responsibility of investor. Should intimate www.directusinvestments.com in the case of any unauthorized use is suspected.
3. investor should read all scheme related information and understand the risk associated with it.
4. Before investing through www.directusinvestments.com, investor will seek independent financial advise.

3) I acknowledge and agree that:

1. My account will be activated after verifying my personnel information through KRA, and I am abide to provide correct information.
2. ALL authentications/transaction from my credentials or from My registered E-mail id are treated as origanated by me.
3. As far as possible, my instructions will be processed the same business day if received before the cut-off time(s) specified by Exchanges. Authorised and complete transactions shall be processed at the applicable Net Asset Value (“NAV”) as may be accepted by the respective Exchanges. In case of all mutual fund purchases equal to or above Rs 200,000 (other than liquid schemes), the NAV applicable will be the closing NAV of the day on which the funds are available for utilization. However, for purchases below Rs 200,000 made before the cut-off time, the same-day NAV will be applicable. AMCs are not obliged to accept my application for subscription to units of their mutual fund schemes in part or in full.
4. consent to mywebsite.com, the AMCs and/or Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs) for sharing/exchanging between themselves information related to my KYC and all other details procured from KRA as well as transactions data feed/portfolio holdings/NAV etc. (in respect of my investments under Direct Plans of all Schemes ("reverse feeds").)
5. For NACH/ECS mandate, it may be lag between date of debit from my bank with request submitted by www.directusinvestments.com

Any loss, notional or otherwise, and variances in values incurred on account of:

1. Delays and processing time at the Bank, Registrar & Transfer Agency or AMC;
